I am an experienced physiotherapist, spending most of my career working in a private practice, treating necks and headaches. While gaining a wealth of knowledge over the years, learning techniques for effective treatment and the profound difference it makes was extremely eye opening. I am grateful and excited to be part of a talented team of practitioners dedicated to helping change patients’ lives. My passion for physiotherapy has always been centered on helping people improve their quality of life through evidence-based, holistic care. I believe the best outcomes come from understanding both the physical and emotional aspects of recovery, empowering patients with the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in their health. Prior to joining the team, I worked with many concussion and traumatic brain injury patients struggling with persisting headache symptoms. All too often, their headache and migraine was something to be ‘managed’ rather than resolved. Working at the Headache Clinic has taught me that no-one needs to soldier through and suffer in silence!
