Jaime is a member of the Cosmetic Aesthetics Nursing Network of New Zealand (CANN) and Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC), a worldwide group of Dr’s, nurses, and dentists dedicated to safer practices and the treatment of complications within the aesthetics industry. Jaime realised early on in her nursing career that she had a real passion for cosmetic nursing and a desire to learn more, and it hasn’t stopped since. Jaime completed some beauty therapy papers to further her understanding of the skin before starting her journey as a cosmetic nurse. Jaime began working with a team of cosmetic nurses and Drs, where she was put through an in-house training programme and attended additional training and conferences going on to run their Invercargill clinic for several years. Jaime has worked in a wide range of areas during her career including surgical, medical, outpatients, elderly care, mental health
