Composition & Dosing Guide
The HEAL pen holds 2ml of solution across 200 units, so one unit on the dial equals 0.01ml. That works out at 2.50mg/ml BPC-157, 2.50mg/ml TB500. As a worked example, 10 units is 0.10ml, containing 0.25mg BPC-157, 0.25mg TB500. Figures are the pen’s stated contents divided across its 200 units. For research purposes only. About the blend
HEAL holds the two most studied tissue repair peptides in a fixed 1:1 ratio. They are paired so often in the literature that they are almost never discussed separately, and the reason is that they work through completely unrelated mechanisms rather than doubling up on the same one.

TB500
So one is studied largely around signalling and blood supply, the other around the physical machinery cells use to move and rebuild. That separation is the rationale for the pairing: the research interest is in whether two unrelated routes produce more than either does alone.
Where the evidence sits:
both compounds are supported almost entirely by animal and in vitro work. Neither has completed large scale human clinical trials, neither holds a medicines licence in the UK or anywhere else, and research on the combination specifically is thinner still than research on each alone. It is supplied here strictly as a laboratory research chemical.
