Terra Medical Aesthetics + Wellness was established in 2024. It was founded by Nurse Practitioner, Marie Powell. Our mission is to ensure patients have a go-to clinic for all things wellness. We provide safe, compassionate care in an environment where you can feel comfortable. Our aim is to empower you to boost your self confidence and feel good about the skin you are in by offering a range of medical aesthetic services, skin treatments and comprehensive weight and menopause management program. We also sell Vivier pharmacare to ensure you have the right products post treatment and for everyday use to meet your skin care goals. We hope to see you soon! Marie is a Nurse Practitioner and founded Terra Aesthetics + Wellness in 2024. She graduated in 2016 from MUN Masters of Nursing program. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2011 and spent a good portion of her career helping people achieve their health and weight goals in the speciality of obesity medicine. She has extensive experience in primary health care, women’s health, and chronic disease management. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and a member of the Canadian Menopause Society and The Menopause Society (formerly NAMS). She is also a university instructor in Nurse Practitioner program.
