Nipro Pharma is the top sterile injection contract manufacturer in Japan, with a product line covering ampoules, vials (liquid/powder/lyophilized), pre-filled pens (PFS), and the clearly listed “Dual chamber pre-filled syringes (Glass)” double-chamber pre-filled pens combination, complete with a double chamber bag (PLW). The company has production lines for lyophilized vials at the Ise and Odate plants (lyophilized lines are also available at the Vietnam plant), and a dedicated plant for high activity/anti-tumor to prevent cross-contamination. As a pharmaceutical company (not pure packaging material), Nipro both produces glass dual-cavity pre-filled syringe components and undertakes contract filling of combination products. Its production meets GMP/EU-GMP/JGMP/PIC/S standards and provides CDMO services for overseas markets (c-GMP, EU-GMP, JGMP, PIC/S).
