Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services is a globally integrated CDMO with facilities in Japan, India, Belgium, and the United States, providing small and large molecule APIs, oligonucleotides, peptides, ADC/HPAPI, and sterile filling services. Its aseptic fill-finish clearly covers liquid and lyophilized vials, pre-filled pens (PFS) and cartridges, and has lyophilization and pen system capabilities. Its San Diego high-speed multipurpose filling line “includes prefilled syringes, cartridges and vials” with isolator barrier technology and ready-to-use components. Both Ibaraki in Osaka, Japan and Visakha Pharmacity in India have set up sterile filling plants that have passed FDA, EMA, PMDA, MHRA, Health Canada, ISO 13485 and other certifications to serve biologics, peptides, oligonucleotides and highly active drugs.
